Styling Project
We refer to smaller projects as ‘Styling Projects’—ideal if your property is partially furnished or you only need assistance with décor or guest essentials. We work within your budget to make the property rental-ready. For these smaller styling projects, we offer a quick one-week turnaround.

How it works?
Initial inspection
For each property we furnish, we begin with an initial inspection to assess the space and identify its needs. During this visit, we also share design ideas and examples from recent projects to inspire and guide the vision for your property.
Design Agreement
For Full Projects, the client selects their preferred Interior Design Package. For Styling Projects, our team provides a detailed quote of the required items, which is then approved by the client.
Implementation
Our interior design team starts each project with clear deadlines to ensure the property is ready and operational as quickly as possible, helping you start earning right away.
