General Maintenance

Our dedicated Maintenance Team keeps properties guest-ready with prompt responses to any issues and regular inspections. Common tasks include A/C repairs, water heater replacements, paint touch-ups, light bulb changes, leak repairs, and more.

Basic Supplies Refills

At every check-in, we ensure all guest amenities are provided and refreshed, including towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, and more.

Deep Clean Services

Our fully trained and licensed Cleaning Team offers both General and Deep Cleanings for properties, with additional cleaning services available upon guest request.

Who pays for the cleaning and maintenance of my property?

Cleaning fees are covered by the guest, except when the property owner is staying. Routine maintenance is part of the property's upkeep and is funded by the owner, unless repairs are needed due to damage caused by guests or Al-bahar Al-jameel staff.

To ensure high-quality standards, we operate our own licensed Cleaning and Maintenance companies, with staff trained specifically in the Al-bahar Al-jameel approach. We do not outsource cleaning and only outsource highly specialized maintenance tasks. If a Al-bahar Al-jameel staff member accidentally damages anything during cleaning, we will replace or repair it at no cost to the owner.

Providing basic cleaning tools, like a vacuum and a mop, at the property is required during onboarding. However, ongoing cleaning supplies are restocked by the Frank Porter cleaning team.
